This workshop will focus on sharing the various challenges a leader may face in a team comprised of individuals from an array of different backgrounds. Supplemented by in-workshop activities, participants will discover how some of these challenges may be more subtle and covert in nature, and will be provided with advice and insights to aid them in overcoming such barriers – to aim towards leading a cohesive and functional team.
