Measuring Impact Through Logic

Year after year – the same events and projects, alongside new ones. Have they made a difference?

This is where the Logic Model comes in – be introduced to a simple yet systematic method to measure the outcomes and impact of interventions and projects.

This workshop will help you to:

  • Identify the potential impact of your current/envisaged project(s)
  • Apply the Logic Model to your current/envisioned project(s)
  • Create a plan to manage resources to successfully achieve the intended goals

Blending experiential learning with stories from the trenches, discover the hard truths (and sweet moments) of starting social ventures from Skillseed’s Founder and Directors in the second part of the session. So go beyond the boundaries, and challenge yourselves to create meaningful impact.
