Leading with Your Strengths

The key to unlocking the potential within each individual is discovering what unique combination of talents they possess, and intentionally developing these talents into strengths. Likewise, the key to developing and thriving as a leader is understanding how you can best use and develop your unique talents into your own distinctive leadership style.

Utilising the Gallup CliftonStrengths for Students assessment tool, this interactive two-part workshop will help you discover your unique talents and understand how you can develop these talents into strengths. You will also learn how to craft out your own leadership purpose statement and develop effective strength-based partnership with others.

Participants from the same CCAs are encouraged to attend this workshop together.

Please note:
1. The workshop has two parts, and you are required to attend both (Concurrent Workshops 1 and 2).
2. You will be contacted about a week before the Symposium with instructions for the online Gallup CliftonStrengths for Students assessment. You should complete this 30-minute assessment at least 4 days before the Symposium.
