Leaders who listen are better and more compassionate leaders who are able to create trustworthy relationships that are transparent and breed loyalty. As a leader, how are you listening to others? In this experiential session, you’ll learn to determine if your listening or hearing, adopt new strategies on how to listen better, practice listening to others and reflect on how to embed this important skill in your everyday life.
