Lee Boon Chuan

Boon is currently an adjunct faculty at the Lee Kong Chian School of Business (SMU), a board member, course director and mentor at Compass@Campus, an educational non-profit that conducts leadership mentoring programmes for university students, and a certified Gallup CliftonStrengths coach.

A lawyer by training, Boon spent most of his corporate career in regional human resource management roles, specialising in rewards and performance management. His most recent corporate roles include serving as the Senior Vice President for Executive Compensation at Fullerton Financial Holdings, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Temasek Holdings; and as Director and Regional Head for Rewards for the Asia Pacific region at Deutsche Bank AG.

He is passionate about the next generation, and now spends most of his time among the young, as a lecturer, mentor, trainer, coach and friend. He is the proud father of a son who is currently an undergraduate at SMU.

Boon holds an LL.B (Hons) from the National University of Singapore and a Masters in Human Resource Management from Rutgers, the State University of New Jersey.
