Beyond Boundaries

To Imagine Better

Hello Millennial.

The world as you know is changing fast and furiously. It is harsh, demanding, unforgiving. Some adapt quickly to consume, some resign to be consumed. But few others heed a clarion call to fulfil an alternative purpose – one that requires strength of character, play of values and focus of mind: to lead.

Will you?

The theme for this year’s symposium is Beyond Boundaries and we hope to challenge participants to think beyond common assumptions associated with being a leader – to see leadership in a broader, rawer sense and with more creativity, in order to push past their personal boundaries and achieve the best of their potential.

“A leader is a person you will follow to a place you would not go by yourself.“ –Joel Barker
